A new play inspired by real-life discoveries made during the Watergate scandal, Trial on the Potomac, is a new play based on the real-life discoveries of Geoff Shepard, a lawyer who worked in the Nixon White House during the Watergate scandal. In this alternative history, Nixon does not resign but instead stands for an impeachment trial. The trial unmasks an astonishing conspiracy by the Washington political establishment, to drive Nixon from office. Every piece of evidence produced at trial has been corroborated to be true.
