An American restaurant with deep Italian roots. A comfortable ambiance is established by its elegant dining room, solid wood bar, and a lush garden patio. Co-owners David Stockwell and Carla Swickerath created Faun to be the home away from home for busy citizens, serving a straightforward menu of handcrafted dishes.

Chef is Brian Leth, formally executive chef for over four years at Vinegar Hill House in Brooklyn, was integral to the design and realization of Faun.

Committed to sustainable practices, locally sourcing raw products whenever possible, and buying only from ecologically responsible farmers, ranchers, and fishers.
